How cool is it when non-vegan restaurants have house made vegan cheese?! And it’s actually GOOD! It’s soy based, and it’s easily one of the best I’ve had (it’s not chemically tasting like most store-bought cheeses). Everything is clearly labeled vegan on the menu, which is really helpful. This pizza was so delicious (I got the mushroom kind) and I’d definitely recommend going here with vegan and non vegan friends! I’ve never had their gluten-free dough, but I’m told it’s unreal.
