Oh man, I don't even know where to begin with Doug McNish's Public Kitchen.
Probably the best vegan brunch in the game - from his vegan benedict, to his pressed ruben, to his triple decker brunch club... I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
My ABSOLUTE favourite is his squash mac and cheese - when I first went vegan I could NOT find a vegan mac and cheese that I liked, and had just about given up when I tried Doug's. It's made with squash, topped with breadcrumbs, and it's just perfect. Highly highly highly recommend.
Doug is probably best known for his vegan eggs. It's pure magic how he make them, and the yolk is IDENTICAL to a real egg - how he gets the yolk to drip like that, I'll never know! You truly have to go in and see for yourself.
Doug's is a great place to go to if you want a diner style brunch, with high quality food. Such a great place to go with a group of friends of family.
Side note - see those pancake in the pictures below? THEY'RE SO GOOD! They're served as a special (PLEASE put them on the regular menu, Doug!), so if you're ever there when they're offered... get them!
